Eco gear

Busy, busy times. I have been searching for some great gear to use. At the moment there are a couple of project running:

• Stove:

This is the stove that I will construct to travel. It’s made of a coffee can and burns on wood and a fire starter. More information HERE

• Tent/Tarp

I ordered a tarp from tarptent.com. It’s very light (around 1 kilo total weight) and easy.

• Digital camera

I bought myself a nice camera to make pictures along the way. It’s very easy to connect to any computer and to put pictures on my website.

I made a few pictures today and I was really impressed by the quality. Here is one from my girlfriend:

• HYmini

Finally I need something “green” to recharge my phone and digital camera. I fell in love with the elegant HYmini. Unfortunately it’s very expensive in the Netherlands and I will have to try to get it from overseas. www.hymini.com
